We added a small main floor and second floor addition on this semi detached home in the Upper Beaches. The layout of the rooms did not change much but we increase the square footage of the kitchen and reconfigured the main elements within it to maximize function and flow. Large windows along the back of the house bring in a surplus of light and provide a view of the back yard from the cozy kitchen table. Large windows, light oak floors and soft off white walls keep the space feeling bright and airy from front to back, making the space feel larger than it is.
