THE PROCESS

Initial consultation to determine scope of work, budget and timeline

Develop design fee estimate & contract and obtain client approval

Site visit to measure and take photos of existing space

Develop concepts for new floor plans

Interior space planning including furniture and lighting layouts

Present to client, solicit feedback and obtain approval

Develop preliminary budget for proposed fixtures and finishes

Develop written scope of work to accompany proposed plans for preliminary contractor pricing

Submit drawing package for initial zoning review with City of Toronto (if applicable)

Interior finish and fixture selections

Further development of interior concept drawings (i.e. renderings, elevations)

Present to client, solicit feedback and obtain approval

Further development of drawings for permit application and construction
