The transformation began on the main floor, where a carefully engineered removal of a load-bearing wall opened the kitchen and dining room into a cohesive, light-filled space perfect for family life and entertaining. Navigating permits and municipal approvals, we ensured the project flowed seamlessly from vision to reality.
Midway through construction, the homeowners expanded the scope to include a full reimagining of the primary suite. A walk-in dressing room, serene bedroom, and spa-like ensuite - complete with a bespoke steam shower and freestanding tub beneath a picture window - turned the space into a private urban retreat.
Designed for a busy family of four, the home now balances everyday functionality with layers of warmth and calm. Bright, connected, and timelessly elegant, Project Hillhurst is a reflection of modern family living at its best.
