This beautiful walk-out basement located in the heart of Toronto Beaches got a spectacular facelift with wide plank Douglas fir engineered floors and a stunning cathedral ceiling. In keeping with the beachy vibes of the neighbourhood and the homeowner’s love for all things coastal, we worked with mostly white finishes and small pops of watery blues and light warm greys, reminiscent of sand.

Much of what stands out about this space is the wood-look tiles in the Bathroom (complete with pebble tile floor and steam shower!) and Laundry Room and the sizeable custom sliding pocket door that separates the open Living Area from the Work-Out space.

While this space is a dream in the summer being open to the in-ground pool and outdoor lounge area it still manages to maintain a warm and cozy ambiance with the gas fireplace, lighting and accents.
