We were hired to design a main floor renovation including a new kitchen in this older Forest Hill home. We opened up the existing, dark and cramped kitchen, by removing a wall between the kitchen and the dining room. A corner sink helped keep the large peninsula free from obstructions to allow for maximized counter space and a spot to eat breakfast. Rich hardwood flooring combined with custom paneling, molding and a stained glass window showcase the original character of the home while updated light fixtures add a modern element.
